The Acura Perfect Delivery Competition: What Is It?

• All Acura retail sales consultants are eligible to participate
• National competition to conduct the perfect Acura delivery
• Rewards winners with cash, prizes and special recognition trip to American Le Mans® Racing Series™ (ALMS)

Levels of the Competition

• Dealership Level: June-July
  Prizes: Winners receive gift card, personalized certificate and advancement to District Level
• District Level: August
  Prizes: Winners receive cash prize plus customized plaque and advancement to Zone level
• Zone Level: September
  Prizes: Winners receive all-expense-paid trip with a guest to watch Acura compete in the final ALMS race, as well as to enjoy an awards dinner, exhibition, $1,000 and special winner’s plaque

1st Runner-up: $300
2nd Runner-up: $250

• Awards Event: October 18–21 in Monterey, CA

Judging Criteria

• Judges consist of Acura field personnel and other knowledgeable individuals
• Conduct a thorough personalized settings delivery using the teaching model from The Perfect Delivery Training
• Succinct, delivery presentation of one key feature at each level of the competition (e.g., Navigation system, MID, etc.)
• Adapt to the customer's personality and Buyer Motivations described in a supplied client profile
